How to Add SPAM filters

Are you getting too much SPAM?
Are good emails going to your JUNK folder?

Zimbra offers a simple and easy way to block senders emails. Log into your Zimbra email at www.aimailbox.com. Your complete email address is your login name.

To Blacklist a SPAMMER:
1. Go to your preferences tab, or options.
2. On the left hand side, click on Mail.

Please note that your junk folder in Zimbra is not the same as Outlook or other inboxes. Your emails are first sent to Zimbra. where they may or may not get caught in a junk folder. From there, once they pass through the filters, it will push out to your Outlook inbox (if that is what you are using). If you have White listed specific people they may still go to your junk folder in Outlook. The best thing would be to add that address to your Outlook address book or try to modify your junk folder options in Outlook.





3. Scroll down to the bottom of the main page and there is an area to add emails to the blocked sender list.
